Where Testline Pool Care works and when. Our prices are the same in every town we serve, with no trip fee.
Towns Testline Pool Care serves
We service pools in six East Valley areas of the Phoenix metro:
- Chandler
- Gilbert
- Mesa
- Tempe
- Queen Creek
- Ahwatukee Foothills
Areas Testline Pool Care does not serve
We do not serve Scottsdale, central or north Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear or anywhere else in the West Valley, San Tan Valley or Apache Junction. We make no exceptions for homes outside our six areas, even for an extra fee, because our technicians work fixed neighborhood routes.
Office hours
The office answers the phone and email at these times (Arizona time, which does not change for daylight saving):

Visit hours
Technicians visit pools Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. From June through September, routes start at 6 a.m. to beat the heat. There are no weekly visits on Saturdays or Sundays.
Weekly visits happen on your set weekday, but we can't promise a time of day. Repair appointments and one-time jobs get a two-hour arrival window, and the technician calls you when on the way.
Holidays
Testline Pool Care is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Weekly visits that fall on one of these holidays happen on the next weekday instead.
Emergency and after-hours service
Existing weekly customers can get emergency repairs 7 days a week, including holidays, for urgent equipment problems: a pump that won't run, water leaking at the equipment pad, or a breaker that keeps tripping. Call (480) 555-0142 and leave a message; after hours it goes to the on-call technician, who calls you back within one hour. An emergency visit outside visit hours costs the $150 after-hours fee on top of the repair price.
We do not offer after-hours emergency service to people who are not weekly customers; we can visit them the next business day.
Same-day and next-day service
Repair and green-pool requests made by 11 a.m. on a weekday usually get a visit the same day. Requests after 11 a.m., or on a Saturday, get a visit the next business day. New weekly service starts within 7 days of the free start-up visit.
