How to book Testline Pool Care
To book any service, call the office at (480) 555-0142 during office hours or email office@revoice-breathefirst.company. Tell us your name, your town, what you need, and your pool's size if you know it. We do not take bookings online or through social media.
To start weekly service, we first book a free start-up visit of about 20 minutes, where a technician looks at the pool and the equipment, measures the pool, and sets your visit day. Your first weekly visit is within 7 days of the start-up visit.
Contracts
There is no contract for weekly service. Service is month to month, and you can stop it at any time with 7 days' notice.
Cancelling weekly service
To cancel weekly service, call or email the office at least 7 days before the last visit you want. There is no cancellation fee. Weekly service is paid a month in advance, so any visits you have already paid for and won't use are refunded to your card or bank account within 5 business days.
Pausing service: vacation holds
You can pause weekly service with a vacation hold for up to 8 weeks a year, with 7 days' notice. A hold is at least 2 weeks long; we don't skip single weeks. Held weeks are not billed. During a hold, nobody checks the pool, so we recommend a timer check before you leave.
Rescheduling or cancelling a one-time appointment
You can reschedule or cancel a repair appointment or a one-time job for free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, or when the technician arrives and can't get into the backyard, the $45 missed-visit fee applies.
If we have to reschedule because of our own delay, there is never a fee, and the office calls you the same day.
Bad weather
When lightning or a monsoon storm makes it unsafe to work, the technician moves the visit to the next weekday (a Friday visit moves to Monday). When a storm leaves more debris than a normal visit can remove, the cleanup costs $65 extra, and we tell you before we start.

- Equipment we install: 1-year labor warranty on installation.
- Parts: parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, usually 1 to 3 years depending on the part, and we file the warranty claim for you.

- Weekly service guarantee: if we missed something on a weekly visit, tell us within 48 hours and we come back within 2 business days to fix it, free.
There is no warranty against stains coming back after an acid wash, and no warranty on parts the customer buys and asks us to install.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home when the technician comes?
No. The technician only needs to get into the backyard and to the equipment pad.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We service saltwater pools and chlorine pools, and we repair and replace salt cells.
Will I get the same technician every week?
Yes. Each weekly customer has the same technician on the same weekday. If your technician is sick or on vacation, another Testline technician covers that visit.
Do you clean pools in the winter?
Yes. Weekly service runs every week of the year at the same monthly price.
Do you offer every-other-week service?
No. We offer weekly service only, because Arizona heat and dust need weekly chemistry.
Can I buy pool chemicals or parts from you?
No. We don't sell chemicals or parts to take home. The chemicals for weekly service are included in its price.
What do I do about my dog?
Keep your dog inside or away from the backyard on your visit day. Our technicians don't go into a yard with a loose dog, and the visit counts as a missed visit.
How will I know my pool was cleaned?
After every visit you get an email report with your water readings, the chemicals added and a photo of the pool.
