These are all of Testline Pool Care's prices. What each service includes is on the services page.
Weekly pool service prices

Most backyard pools are under 20,000 gallons. If you don't know your pool's size, we measure it at the free start-up visit.
One-time service prices

The acid wash price does not include the water to refill the pool, which your water company bills you for.
Repair prices
A repair diagnostic visit costs $85. The $85 is waived when you approve the repair during that same visit. Repair labor is $110 an hour. Parts are priced on a written estimate before any work starts, and we never replace equipment without your approval.
Fees
- Sign-up fee: none.
- Trip fee: none anywhere inside our service area.
- After-hours emergency fee: $150, added to the normal repair price, for an emergency visit outside our visit hours or on a holiday.
- Missed-visit fee: $45 when we can't get into the backyard (a locked gate or a loose dog), or when a one-time appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Storm debris cleanup: $65 extra when a monsoon storm leaves more debris than a normal visit can remove.
- Late payment fee: $15 when an invoice is still unpaid 15 days after its due date.
Discounts
Military veterans, active-duty service members and seniors aged 65 or older get $10 a month off weekly full service. Tell the office when you sign up. There are no other discounts or coupons.
Free estimates
Estimates are free and written for equipment replacements, acid washes and tile cleaning. The start-up visit before weekly service begins is also free. A repair diagnostic visit is the one visit that costs $85.
Payment methods and billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards, and ACH bank transfer. We do not accept cash or checks.
Weekly service is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month and charged automatically to the card or bank account on file. One-time jobs and repairs are paid when the work is finished.
Equipment installations over $500 need a 50% deposit when you approve the estimate; the rest is paid when the installation is finished. No other job needs a deposit. We do not offer financing or payment plans.
